Consultants Inc. serves as a Professional Employer Organisation (PEO). We currently supply 25 employees engaged in
aviation operations at the Grantley Adams International Airport in
Barbados.
A Professional Employer Organisation
is a business entity that takes responsibility for HR administration and
compliance, for which it charges a service fee.
The Synergy PCI "PEO" service involves a sharing of employer
responsibilities between Synergy PCI and your company. This shared relationship is referred to as
"co-employment". Co-employment is a
relationship whereby Synergy PCI assumes full responsibility of your company's
HR administration. Under these
conditions, Synergy PCI is not simply a staffing agency, payroll service or
placement agency. We act as an off-site
human resource department for organisations so that there is a three-way
relationship between the client, employees and Synergy PCI as the PEO.
